Returns

We offer a full exchange or refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase within a 14-day period from date of despatch to arrival at our offices.


All products must be unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact and unremoved. You will need to include the enclosed Returns Form.

 

Worn or damaged items will not be refunded.

Delivery costs are not refundable.


Credit and debit card transactions will receive credit back to the original card.

Please remember to always obtain a Certificate of Posting (free from the Post Office) and check compensation levels whenever you return anything to us. Jellyfish Swimwear are not responsible for goods that do not arrive. In the event we do not receive your parcel you will need to claim from the Post Office who will require a copy of your receipt & proof of postage.

 

       

Exchanges

We will despatch your new item on receipt of your returned item.

 

Any difference in value will be either credited or debited to your credit or debit card.
