The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Product Availability

Although we endeavour to maintain a supply of all stock sometimes we are unable to fulfil an order. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible. Product images and descriptions may sometimes vary from the respective product names and descriptions, this will be due to changes in packaging and or availability.

Orders

After you have placed an order we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products and cost of that order. This is not a confirmation or order acceptance from Jellyfishswimwear.co.uk.

Order acceptance will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless you have cancelled or we have notified you that we cannot accept your order. This may be because of:

-         stock unavailable

-         product description/price error

-         lack of payment authorisation.

Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel this contract within 14 days after the day of despatch. If you would like to cancel prior to this please email us at info@jellyfishswimwear.co.uk or telephone on 01920487412 as soon as possible.

Provided the goods are in the same condition as supplied we will refund the product cost.

Returns

We offer a full refund on all goods that you are unhappy with providing they are returned & received by us within 14 days of delivery. You, the consumer are responsible for returning & paying the cost of returning goods to us, unless the goods are defective.

Your right to return products exists only if they are returned unworn, undamaged, and with all labels intact and un-removed. Products that are soiled or damaged are not re-saleable and will not be refunded.

When returning goods to us you will need to complete the Returns Form, as soon as we receive the goods we will process your request for a refund or replacement.

All refunds will be made to the original credit/debit card used to make the original purchase.

We make every effort to ensure that the images displayed on the website are as accurate as possible.

Shipping

Goods sent outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when your package reaches the country of destination and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If your goods are lost by Roayl Mail a refund/replacement can only be dealt with 15 days after posting, allowing time for the goods to arrive.
